What is a states' right?
The tenth amendment allows for states' rights. What are those now?

The actual 10A was so that each individual State could make laws that the federally enumerated powers didn't cover (Article 1, Section 8 of the Cons). That is the key reason SC seceded...the feds were f'ing the South (look up the Morrill Tariff).
Today, State's rights is completely ignored by the Congress...

I like states' rights. What business does a chicago resident in the white house have telling us in Tennessee how to live? They will do it through the lens of Chicago, which doesn't work down here.
